What is Life Coaching?

Life coaching is a service where the coach collaborates with the client(s) to develop solutions to improve the quality of an individuals and couples lives.


  1. We will identify what is already going well
  2. We will Identify areas you would like to change or handle differently
  3. We will develop a plan to work towards your goal(s) and much more.


My Life is Fine, Why Would I Hire a Life Coach?

We all constantly strive for improvement. There is always the potential for greater skill and understanding. If reflection on any area of your life brings a sense of frustration or disappointment you can resolve this by working with me. 


Coaching contributes to your long term well-being. If you doubt whether this gift to yourself is an investment worth making, consider your commitments to vacation and social engagement. Coaching will provide at least as much value as these aspects of healthy living. 

How Long Does the Coaching Process Take?

As long as you need or until your goal(s) have been achieve


What is the Difference Between Coaching and Therapy?

Coaches do not diagnose problems or determine mental illnesses. They do not focus much on the past, because they are more focused on finding solutions. Coaching is a unique partnership that helps clients identify goals and obstacles that keeps individuals from moving forward, by assisting them with creating action plans to achieve desired goals/results. Coaching services are not covered by insurance.


Therapists tend to focus more on past behaviors and how they have impacted current situations. They diagnose problems and determine mental illnesses. Therapist are covered by insurance companies.

There are similarities between coaching and psychotherapy as well. They are:

  • Both are concerned with making concrete changes in your emotional state and life.
  • Both work to understand the self-limiting beliefs or behavior caused by thoughts and emotions that you may or may not be aware of.
  • Both practices help you grow, change and master your emotions

What About Confidentiality?

What happens in our sessions stays in our sessions. We fully understand the value of your trust, and we take every precaution to safeguard it. We will provide you with a detailed description of the ethical code that governs every client-coach relationship we enter. This document not only places our standards before you in plain text, but also codifies our commitment to you, the client, and your progress.

Are Sessions Virtual or In-Person?

In order to make coaching as convenient as possible for you, we offer virtual sessions only at this time.
