This package is tailored for students and includes support with study skills, exam preparation, and managing school workload. 

This package includes:

• An initial assessment 
• Seven one-hour sessions 
• Parent/teacher consultation* (Only for primary & secondary students to ensure that strategies are being implemented in the school setting)
• Individualized plan
• Email support between sessions
